How does the system work?
The dictator uses a handheld digital recorder or a toll-free number to dictate the report into the system. The dictation is automatically processed and sent to the transcriptionist, transcribed, checked for quality assurance, and then returned to the doctor or the doctor's assistant for editing, digital signature if desired, printing. Population of an electronic medical record (EMR) is provided free of charge.

Can I make changes to or view my dictation?
Absolutely. As a matter of fact, the voice file is on the computer system and available via any internet connection for 30 days and the document itself is always available online 24/7 (through a secure login) as long as you are a customer of ours.

How much does the implementation of this system cost?
Nothing at all. All of the computer system's features, both for dictation and transcription, are provided free of charge to all of our clients and included in the cost of transcription.

How much do the transcription services cost?
We charge based on a 65-character line. Because of the innovative design of our software, many items contained within a report are automatically included, generally saving our clients 20-40% off transcription costs. Please contact us for an estimate based upon your specific needs
